Need a good brain break for your kids? Why not try yoga!
During this crazy time your child (and you!) may be antsier than ever. Yoga is a great way to start your day, take a break in between your many at home activities, or relax before a nap and bedtime. It is also a great way to manage stress and gain focus back– yes, by all means, we encourage you to join in with your children to promote a more calming environment all around. We can explain to our children that it is okay to feel stress sometimes but that there are ways to manage it in a positive way.

A fun way to engage your child even more, encourage them to make up their own yoga poses that help them relax. See what fun and silly poses they come up with and try them together. Create your own yoga video and share it with us so we can try your poses in our homes as well!
