She’s most excited about everything involving Kids Council and believes good leaders are nice, calm, and kind. If there’s a disagreement, Olive thinks a good leader should ask if everything is okay. And, if Olive made a decision, but most of the council disagrees, she would make a new decision.

Oliver is 9 years old and loves PE. He doesn’t know what he wants to be when he grows up and he’s most excited for everything about the Kids Council. Oliver thinks patience is important in a leader and he believes a good leader would handle disagreements in a good way.
Paul M.
Paul is 11 years old. His favorite classes in school are PE, music, reading, and orchestra. When he grows up, Paul wants to be an author. Paul thinks a good leader is someone who has ideas.
Riley L.
Riley is 8 years old and loves recess. She wants to be a doctor when she grows up. Riley is most excited doing all of the fun stuff in Kids Council. Riley thinks a good leader would handle disagreements by backing them up and understanding all sides. If she made a decision that the majority of the council disagreed with, she would stick with it.
Talia M.
Talia is 9 years old. She thinks a good leader is kind. If she had to handle a disagreement, she would be okay with it and always be kind. If a decision was made that a lot of the council disagrees with, Talia believes a good leader would always be kind no matter what and move on. Talia wants to make sure everyone feels happy and included.

Vaida is 10 years old. Her favorite school subjects are art and band. WHen she grows up, Vaida wants to be a firefighter. She’s most excited about meeting new people in Kids Council. According to Vaida, a good leader must listen and be kind. She also believes a good leader would stand up for a good idea.
